Ce 13 novembre 2022, nous avons profit\u00e9 du beau temps tout au long des 10 km 600 ou du 4 km 500 du parcours vallonn\u00e9 propice aux conditions automnales. Il y avait 45 coureurs et marcheurs du HAC qui se sont \u00e9lanc\u00e9s toutes les 30 secondes lors de notre traditionnel Contre-la-Montre intime. Merci \u00e0 V\u00e9ronique et Willy qui assurent le chronom\u00e9trage ainsi que la stressante proc\u00e9dure de d\u00e9part\u00a0!<\/p>\n
