Nous \u00e9tions 10 du HAC \u00e0 nous \u00e9lancer sur le difficile parcours du Jogging de l\u2019Hermeton. Un temps cl\u00e9ment, entre deux p\u00e9riodes de canicule ce samedi 12 juillet, pour une course matinale o\u00f9 les ravitaillements sont toujours aussi mal r\u00e9partis, mais approvisionn\u00e9s cette fois. De nombreuses c\u00f4tes, un terrain rocailleux difficile mais sympa et un D+ de 365 m, ramass\u00e9 sur les 14,5 km et pas plus facile sur le 6 km.<\/span><\/p>\n
